Do you offer no obligation estimates?

Yes. We will initially talk through your project and then arrange a mutually convenient time to visit and understand your project more clearly. During the visit we will try to give you an approximate idea of cost and if this is within your budget will spend the time to fully cost your job and confirm this formally. It takes considerable time to undertake quotations, for both you and us, and therefore we proceed to full written quotes if the estimated costs are in the region you expected.

Do we need to pay anything upfront?

No. We do not request any deposit or upfront payments. Depending on the size of your project we may ask for payment by installments at key milestones but this will be outlined and agreed prior to starting work.

What are your lead times?

We try to deliver projects in as timely manner as possible. We know when you get in touch you are hoping to have your project complete asap. Our lead time can sometimes be small during winter months when we undertake shorter projects but can extend to 3 months or so during busier warmer periods. Get in touch and discuss your hopes with us and we will do our best to get started as soon as we can.
